Returns

Claims, Returns & Inquiries

Please check all orders carefully upon receipt of goods for damages or discrepancy in quantities. Any discrepancy must be reported within 5 days of receipt to qualify for a return. All returns require a return authorization number. To receive return authorization, please call Coquette's head office at 1-800-668-5477. Returns received without authorization may be refused.

Returns will not be accepted for in store damages, worn garments, or overstocked merchandise.

Returns which have been returned back to Coquette within five days will be repaired or replaced. Damages that occur during shipping must be claimed with the carrier (UPS, Canada Post, or CanPar). Please keep all original packaging. If the box is discarded Coquette will not accept any damages claimed.

Orders cancelled prior to the cancel date as outlined will be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.
